Booking rules

We care about the safety and comfort of our guests. The Guards Hotel has a security service, round-the-clock video surveillance is conducted in public areas and there is a storage room where guests can hand over their valuables for free.

We follow the Law 153 "On Personal Data" and, when processing guest data, we rely on the Provision on the processing and protection of personal data. You can be sure that all the information about you necessary for settlement is protected and not used by unauthorized persons.

Fire safety rules and hotel accommodation rules also apply on the territory of the hotel "Gvardeyskaya". We make sure that they are not violated.

At the hotel "Gvardeyskaya" you can reserve a room for yourself by guaranteed or non-guaranteed booking.

With a guaranteed reservation, we hold the guest's room until 12:00 the next day after the scheduled arrival date. In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 24 hours in advance, a fee will be charged in the amount of the cost of one night's stay — for the actual downtime of the room. If the guest is late for more than a day, the guaranteed reservation is canceled.

The booking will be guaranteed if:

• the guest has made a full or partial prepayment;
• the guest sent a letter of guarantee on the official letterhead of the organization.

In all other cases, the booking will be non-guaranteed. Then we expect the guest until 18:00 on the day of arrival, after that the reservation is canceled. If a guest is late, we can check him in, but only if there are available rooms.

It is important to note that the reservation is considered valid only after the guest has received a notification from the hotel. It will contain information about the room category, its price, booking conditions and terms of stay.

The guest can cancel his application in the manner and time specified in the booking confirmation notification.

The hotel "Gvardeyskaya" operates at dynamic rates. They are formed according to the main Price List, where official open prices are prescribed, and the Sales Policy — here you will find the rules for applying tariffs.

Depending on the load, seasonality, competitive environment, prices and offers may be:

• changed without notice;
• limited in time, availability and validity periods;
• confirmed under other conditions and restrictions.

The cost of the room will be guaranteed after you make a reservation and receive a number to confirm it.

It is important that the price does not include unforeseen expenses and services that you can use during your stay at the hotel.

The main types of tariffs

1. The best rate of the day (with or without breakfast) is the best price of the day available at the time of booking. This can be an open tariff or a discounted tariff. You can cancel your reservation at this rate for free one day before the arrival date. In case of cancellation less than 24 hours in advance, a fee will be charged — 100% of the cost of the first night of stay.


2. A non-refundable tariff, or Smart Tariff, is a tariff with the maximum possible discount available at the time of booking. This tariff requires a mandatory prepayment of 100%. In case of cancellation of the reservation or change of its details — the period of stay, room category, number of people — the money will not be refunded for the first day.
