When booking, placing or during a free settlement, the Guest chooses a room category, and the right to choose a specific room belonging to this category remains with the Hotel administration. Check-in of the Guest at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document issued in the prescribed manner.
Check-in of Guests at the hotel is carried out from 14.00 local time. Check-out time (check-out time from the hotel) is 12:00 local time. At the end of the stay, not later than the check-out time, the Guest is obliged to vacate the room and take out his belongings.
If you wish to extend the period of stay, the Guest must inform the administrator of the reception and accommodation service no later than 2 hours before the check-out time - 12:00 local time. Extension of the period of stay in the same room is possible only if there is no confirmed reservation for it in favor of third parties.
When the Guest checks in before the set check-in time (early check-in) and then stays at the hotel for at least a day, the room charge for the period from the check-in time to the check-in time is charged in an amount not exceeding the fee for half a day.
If the period from the time of check-in to the time of arrival is more than 12 hours, the payment for accommodation is charged from the Guest in the amount of the cost of the day.
When a Guest is accommodated after the check-in time and check-out the next day before the check-out time (stay period is less than a day), he will be charged for accommodation in the amount of 100% of the cost of one night's stay.
If the Guest stays at the hotel, he will be charged in the following order:
- from 12:00 to 18:00 — 25 % (twenty five) percent of the cost of living per night
- from 18:00 to 00:00 — 50 % cost of one night stay
- after 00:00 hours — payment for one night stay
In business comfort rooms and apartments, it is possible to provide an extra bed on prior request. Depending on the category of the room, it can be a folding sofa or a folding bed.
Extra bed cost — 690 rub./day.
Check-in of the Guest at the hotel is carried out upon presentation of an identity document issued in the prescribed manner:
- passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation on the territory of the Russian Federation
- passport of a citizen of the USSR, proving the identity of a citizen of the Russian Federation, until it is replaced within the prescribed period with a passport of a citizen of the Russian Federation

The guest is obliged to fill out the questionnaire with detailed execution of all the items in it in accordance with the data of the identity document, sign it in his own hand and indicate the date of filling.
Registration at the hotel of minors under the age of 14 is carried out on the basis of identity documents of their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), accompanying person (persons) who are with them, provided that such accompanying person (persons) provides the consent of legal representatives ( one of them), as well as the birth certificates of these minors.
Registration at the hotel of minors aged 14 to 18 years in the absence of being next to their legal representatives is carried out on the basis of identity documents of these minors, subject to the consent of legal representatives (one of them).
In the event that minors (clauses 6-7 of these Rules) are unaccompanied by their parents (adoptive parents, guardians), or if the person (s) accompanying them cannot provide the hotel employee with the original document certifying his authority to accompany the minor , the hotel has the right to refuse to register and accommodate such a minor and unauthorized person (persons) accompanying him, even in the case of a guaranteed reservation.
In case of detection of damage to hotel property, the assessment of the damage caused is made on the basis of the price list for damage to hotel property (in the absence of prices in the price list - at the market value of similar property in force at the time of the damage.
It is forbidden to smoke in the hotel. If the Hotel establishes the fact of smoking by the Guest in the room, the Guest is obliged to pay for cleaning the room from the smell of smoke in the amount of 1500 (One thousand five hundred) rubles. In this case, the funds may be withheld by the Hotel from the Guest's bank card unilaterally. The fact of smoking in the room is confirmed by an act drawn up by the Hotel employees as part of an approved commission, in the presence of the Guest. If the Guest refuses to sign the act or refuses to participate in the drawing up of the act, a corresponding mark is put in the act.
Payment for accommodation and services in the hotel, including security deposits, is carried out at prices according to the price list approved by the hotel management. Payment is made in rubles, in cash, by bank transfer under a booking agreement or using settlement (credit) cards. Check-in at the hotel is made only after making an advance payment for the entire expected period of stay. The final invoice for the services rendered is issued upon departure of the guest.

- When leaving the hotel, the guest must hand over the room key card to the reception and accommodation service.
At the request of the Guest and with the permission of the hotel administrator, visitors invited by the Guest may stay in the room from 8.00 to 23.00. A pass for the visitor to enter the hotel must be issued by the administrator on duty upon presentation of a document proving the identity of the visitor no later than 22.00 hours. In case of delay of visitors in the guest's room after 23:00, these persons must be registered and issued for accommodation in the guest's room or in another free room, according to the price list approved by the hotel. The staying Guest is obliged to bear responsibility for the actions of visitors invited to his room, including liability for damage, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking, refusal to pay for the services provided by the hotel to these persons.

The hotel has the right to terminate the contract for the provision of hotel services unilaterally or refuse to extend the period of stay, or evict the guest, in case of violation by the guest and / or persons invited by him of these rules of residence, late payment for hotel services, causing material damage to the hotel and / or third parties located on the territory of the hotel.
The guest is liable in accordance with the procedure established by the law of the Russian Federation for causing material damage to hotel property in the amount established by the price list approved by the hotel at the time of presentation of the claim, as well as for damage caused to the life and health of staff, violation of the rules on the prohibition of smoking. Damage is compensated on the spot, before the guest leaves the hotel.
The hotel administration reserves the right to visit the room without the consent of the guest in case of smoke, fire, flooding, as well as in case of violation by the guest of these rules of residence, public order, the procedure for using household appliances, as well as in cases where there is reason to believe that the guest urgent medical attention is needed.
In case of complaints from guests, the hotel administration takes all possible measures to resolve the conflict, provided for by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.
